Return & Refund Policy
Our primary goal is to make all of our customers 100% satisfied. If you aren’t totally in love with what you bought from us, simply return it within 30 days.
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If your purchase is within 30 days of delivery, we can offer you a refund for return. To complete your return, we require an email receipt of your order or other proof of purchase. Returns are simple – just send us an email to request a return address (please do NOT send the return to our office address) and then send your item back to our facility using a low-cost USPS shipping service. After we receive your item and inspect that it is complete, we will then refund you the purchase credits and the USPS shipping costs. Please do NOT send your item back through FedEx, UPS, or other expedited shipping services as we will not refund those shipping costs (as you know those shipping services are far more expensive ). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you would like to make an exchange, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. To make an exchange, just contact us via email and we will send you a new item based on your request. And then you can start to send your previous item to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process and may take longer depending on your financial institution. If you’ve not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us by sending an email.
Easy Return, Exchange, and Refund Process
1. You can start your return process by going through contacting our customer support. If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.
2. Ship your return, including our filled-out return form.
3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you’re requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they’re in stock.
